How to use this textbook buyback site:
Enter the 10-digit barcode number from your book(s) into the instant quote form on nearly each page of this website. If you have more than one book it's okay to type all the barcode numbers in so you don't have to do one at a time. Then click the SELL BOOKS button and you will see our offer prices. If you like those prices you have to print that price quote page and make sure your books match and then ship them to us within a week.

New price and used price:
We can grade the books you send as "new" if and only if it is in totally PERFECT condition when it arrives here. Any kind of creasing worn areas or anything that makes the book not perfect, then it won't be graded as new. You agree you allow us to use our discretion -- otherwise, don't send your books to us.

Accompanying media:
If our pricing quote chart says that your book has to come with something like a CD or booklet or whatever, and you don't include what it says to include, we won't be able to buy your book, so don't send it. If you send it anyway, we won't buy it from you, and we will dispose of the book, and you agree not to ask us to send it back to you (as it would be your fault if you send it to us missing what we want it to have with it).

Books with zero displayed, and books we don't want:
If the price on the pricing display says "0.00" or no price is shown, then that means we don't want the book, so please don't send it to us, because we do not return books that have no value to us. We never buy instructor annotate textbooks, int'l editions, defective books (dirt, pages gotten wet, fall off of binding, etc.), or books not sold in college bookstores.

Shipping:
You have to pay your own shipping. Therefore when you use this site, getting your books safely here is 100% your responsibility. That means you have to consider packing your book(s) properly, insuring the package if you feel it necessary, and using correct practices. We don't reimburse any shipping. If you think your books are in totally perfect condition, then you may want to give extra care to the packing because like it says above, we make our grading decisions after your books have gotten here.

Bulk, big, duplicate, multiple copy textbook orders:
This website was designed to be a somewhat automatic process for students, college faculty, and bookstores. However, if you a collegebook business person or someone with large quantities of books, you must contact us first, prior to sending any books to us; otherwise, you risk your shipment being delayed, or discarded without payment. Obviously, we like books -- so if after discussing your business with us, if we determine you are a bonafide book person, and the books you wish to sell meet our specifications, we would likely be thrilled to do business with you.

Payment and turnaround:
If we buy books from you, we send you a check; this check is issued within 24 hours after the processing of your books (we are very, very expedient).

Privacy and confidentiality:
We put a lot of value on a customer's privacy, so understand that we will NEVER EVER share any of your information with 3rd party sales companies, email lists, marketing firms, competitors, or for frivolous reasons.
