Shipping Guidelines: The packing slip you create goes into your book box (be sure to copy an extra copy for yourself). Books seem to travel better when packed tightly (loose books can flop around inside the box or package and may develop damage), so seal your tightly packed box securely with sufficient tape and then securely tape our shipping label to your box/parcel and then ship at any place of your choice that does shipping. Because shipping is your responsibility, make sure you are following correct and proper shipping guidelines, which may involve obtaining (also at your expense) appropriate insurance. Make sure to ship the books you want to sell to us within a week of printing your packing slip and the books get here within 3 weeks of that. On the page with our textbook offering prices is a button called "My Order is Complete." Clicking on that conveniently generates a blank shipping label which you can print and stick on your parcel.

Note: once you've shipped your books to us, understand that under no circumstances will we return any books. If you subsequently change your mind (or find out you need the book back, or have some other reason for mistakenly sending books to us), you are always welcome to contact us with the understanding that even though we are under no obligation to send anything back to you, we'll try our best to address the matter.

REMINDER: (3 out of every 100 customers forget to do this) When you're looking at our online price quotes and you're satisfied and you click the "Create Packing Slip" button, the next page is called a "packing slip." That packing slip needs to be printed twice. One copy gets put into your book box and the other copy is for your own reference.
